Communication via Discord (mkiiiconvertible) is preferred. Communication via my Furaffinity account, using the note system, is also okay.

I can and will exercise my right to refuse or cancel service to any client who pushes my buttons.

I work very hard to keep track of everything, but I can be scatterbrained. If you are expecting to hear from me and don't, please don't hesitate to contact me first. It will not bother me!

You may post your commissioned artwork to your gallery, as long as you credit and link one of my social media accounts. Not explicitly required, but I would prefer you wait for me to post it to my own gallery before posting it publicly.

You may make your own edits if you would like, but please keep my watermark intact somewhere on the image unless I give you permission to remove it. If you want the .PSD or .CSP file, I will be happy to give it to you!

You may not use any of my art, commissioned or not, for AI training, prompting, or similar. Violating this will result in permanent blacklisting and potential legal consequences.

I retain the right to post your commissioned artwork to my account and use it in my portfolio. If you wish for your commission to remain private, you must make that clear upfront. There will be an additional fee of up to 50%.

The longer my waitlist, the pickier I get about which commissions I accept.

Your spot on the waitlist will be claimed after a downpayment has been received, unless I inform you otherwise. Simply filling out my form or contacting me does not reserve your slot.

Downpayments may vary based on the size of your commission. Usually 50% upfront, but I am willing to be flexible for larger-scale commissions. Payment plans can be discussed.

I will do my best to provide an estimated wait-time, but I am notoriously bad at judging this accurately. I will attempt to contact you if I anticipate significant delays. If you do not hear from me past your estimated wait-time, please don't be afraid to contact me first.

At any point before I have started your commission, you may request a full refund. However, doing so will remove you from the waitlist.

If you are in a rush to get your commission completed quickly, you can pay extra to be moved ahead on the waitlist. This price will be discussed case-by-case, and will be dependent on how many clients you have to cut in front of.

Unless otherwise specified, I will send WIPs over at certain stages of the process for you to look over and give feedback on. Generally, I send WIPs at both the sketch and lineart phases. You can also request minor changes to the finished product before I finalize it.

During the sketch phase, you can request as many changes as you'd like, with no extra charges. (Within reason!) Once lineart has been completed, backtracking fees may start to become applicable.

I will charge roughly an extra $30 for every extra hour required by backtracking. I'll only start charging for this if I have to backtrack longer than 30 minutes.

I post all sketch WIPs to my Patreon. You can opt out of this, but you must specify this beforehand, and a small extra fee may be applicable.

You can waive your access to WIPs and feedback for a 5% discount. You won't be able to request any changes during or after the process if you choose this option.

Prices may be subject to change based on the complexity of the content featured in your request.

All payments will be made via paypal invoice. You do not need a paypal account. The invoice will be titled with a generic description of your commission to avoid being flagged. If you want to double check you're paying the correct invoice, feel free to ask me for the invoice number as confirmation.

Unless otherwise discussed, 50% must be paid upfront to claim your slot on the waitlist. I will invoice you for the rest of the payment after the sketch phase. If you request additions (or subtractions) to your commission during the process, any additional charges (or subtractions) will be applied to the second payment.

If you would like to pay in smaller increments with a payment plan, feel free to let me know and we can work something out.

You may request a full refund only if I have not started your commission. A partial refund can be processed if needed at any point, relative to the amount of time spent. DO NOT DISPUTE THE CHARGE VIA PAYPAL. Doing so will result in you being permanently blacklisted.

I set my own prices, so tipping is not required or expected! But if you are feeling generous, you have the option to pay extra on any invoice sent. (5% roughly covers paypal's transaction fees!)

IPs that were aimed toward children, but are old enough for said audience to have grown into adults, are fine, even if said IP is still airing to an audience that includes children. (e.g. MLP, Pokemon, or whatever your favorite cartoon as a kid was, are typically fine.) Feel free to ask.
